On the move
My long term project is the Dale of Norway St. Moritz jumper. I am nearly up to the neckline there. I have been knitting 10 rows the last three weekends. It doesn't sound like a lot but with 278 stitches and the colours and all the chart reading it does take some time.
I have been greatly enjoying it and sometimes had to stop and tell myself not to start another row. Sleep is important to me too.
I have started the first summer project. I still had about half a cone of Debbie Bliss Cotton Cashmere in my stash.
I weighed it and with the cardboard cone there are 490 grams of yarn. Enough to knit myself Jude from her book Summer Essentials.
I think I started over two weeks ago and have done the back , right front and are about 1/3 up on the left front.
We have a baby on the move, she can get back to sitting position from her front and can do her own version of crawling.
Four days ago she could roll to places but because she could not get back to sitting it did not really interest her that much.
She will go across the room if she sees something she want like her pacifier or the cat.

look out, here comes trouble. Jude is looking good too.
I love Jude too, it looks beautiful. Tara is making fast progress isnt she. I always feel as though the second baby does everything so much quicker, just when I wanted to enjoy them as they were.
